"Home Ins. Increased by 30% . Have been trying to Call the Agent/State Farm Office for 3 Days to Cancel Policy.... All I get is a Recording saying "My call can not go through" . Then call is disconnected. I spoke to the office on Mon.... Saying only the Agent can discuss my policy.. They were going to have Agent Call me back. Tues. Yesterday- called office- Call is rejected or blocked.. Today is Wed. 7/10/2024 10am-12 call is still blocked.. Same thing happens. Corp. State Farm LA State 800 PH. No. Recording then disconnect. How am I to cancel my policy when no one is taking Calls!! Highly Upset & disappointed!!! I bought homeowners insurance elsewhere!!"

"By far the worse experience I've ever had with an insurance agency! They never do what they say, never return calls, never follow up with quotes or information I ask for, and they allowed my homeowners insurance to lapse and didn't notice until my mortgage company notified me I had no insurance, 3 months after it had cancelled! Then today they tell me my vehicle insurance is going up from $120 a month, to $330 a month, for one vehicle. When asked why, they said it was because I dropped a 2nd vehicle and was losing the multi-car discount, which was 20%. Either they can't do simple math or more likely, once again they've screwed up and done something wrong, either way I'm DONE with this agent and their INCOMPETENCE!! The worse thing Alford Ackal ever did was sell to Caleb Freyou 👎🏼👎🏼"
